• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Pick up your phone and call (855) 661-0018
2. Tell the rep you need to cancel
3. So they can find your account, give the rep your information when asked for it
4. Request that the agent emails you confirmation or gives you a verbal confirmation code
5. Keep the proof given to you for your records

1. Goto the website https://help.ipsy.com/hc/en-us
2. Click on the link or button that says Get Instant Answers
3. Type contact agent
4. Fill out the page with your information where it requested to do so
5. Click on the link or button that says Glam Bag
6. Pick Billing under topic of your issue dropdown menu
7. Type Please cancel subscription
8. Click on the link or button that says send
9. Click on the link or button that says link in confirmation e-mail you receive to confirm cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Goto the website https://www.ipsy.com/
2. Click on the link or button that says profile picture at top right hand side of screen
3. Pick My account
4. Click on the link or button that says Subscription & Purchases
5. Click on the link or button that says Cancel subscription and follow the prompts
6. Click on the link or button that says link in confirmation e-mail you receive to confirm cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Send your email to [email protected]
2. Compose an email requesting cancellation, for a confirmation number and final billing details
